Incompetent managers!!! Cam is more concerned with getting their account managers certified with CAI, which is a simple test probably anyone could pass, than training them and making sure they learn the rules of the associations they manage. Padded “admin” fees have increased our annual dues assessments year over year with no benefit to the community. Our manager has likely never looked at our declarations as he sends violations for very odd things, while blatant declaration violations are rampant.
