You've been warned. Just don't. Never seen a place run so poorly. They don't appear to follow any deed restrictions. And there are over 45 of them. They just lump them all together and have a big vote. Problem is they are all a separate contract. Most all have different way to amend, some have no way to amend. Property owners suck up whatever they are shoveling for the day. Never seen a neighborhood so blind.
