The hoa is run by people who should have never been elected director.this hoa has 3 docks in a salt water bay.the liabilty of these docks is tied to the hoa,hence all parcel owners. No ther proty on this island has an hoa they use dock associations so their homes are not tied to the docks liability.the directors are the worst ever.

POA (property owners assoc) is run by a bunch of retirees wanting to control every aspect of your property to their esthetic tastes. They also blatantly disregard the needs of Disabled Veterans, opening in writing mock mental health disabilities. Zero amenities, no shared community space for our section of the POA so we pay $180 per year to be policed, mocked, and harassed because we have legitimate medical needs that they deem ridiculous, regardless of what a doctor says.

The "click" in our Community beleives that you should let all the Karens run everything. If they dont like you or your belief or political values you will be treated poorly. Not in their group then you dont get approved on anything.The Community page on Facebook that we have is so biased on approval its not in your favor but theirs.They won't run me out like the rest of people who sold out.

They were fine and now they're under new management, Greystone management. They've cost me 4k for a lawn fine, without proof. had a landscaper for the last 10 years btw. Now they want me to re paint my house. Money grows on trees apparently.
