The hoa is run by people who should have never been elected director.this hoa has 3 docks in a salt water bay.the liabilty of these docks is tied to the hoa,hence all parcel owners. No ther proty on this island has an hoa they use dock associations so their homes are not tied to the docks liability.the directors are the worst ever.
