Management turnover is high. Management is arbitrary and unfair in setting rules. Nor do they tell people what the rules are. They communicate via the internet however they have not verified people’s email address or know who is on the list. Many residents do not have email. They do not go. Y the bylaws just what the believe the bylaws say. Each board has their own rules and blames the last board for everything. Does not follow up on accounts that are due thousands of dollars. Does not follow up on fraud suspicions permitted by the financial person in the board. No oversight on financial system. Lack of internal controls. Conflicts of interest. Has pool but not always up to code.
