I wish I lived in a community where I could expect the HOA in charge to be considerate and responsive to their homeowner. I wish I felt comfortable reaching out to them and having a conversation about my concerns or problems, but unfortunately, I don't. I live in a community managed by Seabreeze Management Company in Aliso Viejo, CA. I have been a homeowner in the Briosa Community for more than a decade and my experiences dealing with Seabreeze Management have all been negative. Their focus is on the benign and trivial while ignoring important issues our community needs such as proper security patrolling at night, enforcement of overnight parking for non residents, overflowing trash bins and tired locking landscaping. My advice to anyone planning to buy or rent anytime soon to keep looking if you discover the community is managed by Seabreeze unless you expect very little for your high monthly dues. I know there is no ideal HOA management company, but I am certain that there are better ones than Seabreeze Management. 'ZERO Stars'.
